1. General Payment Conditions

  • To purchase and use services on Myndora, you must first create an account.
  • Once registered, you can buy credits through our secure payment system.
  • Credits are then used to access and consume our AI tools and services.
  • The default currency on the website is Euro (€). Users may select another supported currency at checkout.

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We currently accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard

All payments are processed with 3D Secure authentication to ensure safe transactions.

3. Credit Packages

Credits can be purchased in the following packages:

  • Starter – 1,020 credits – €10.00
  • Pro – 2,550 credits – €25.00
  • Business – 5,100 credits – €50.00
  • Custom – Any amount of credits at 0.01 per credit

(If another currency is selected, prices will be converted at the applicable exchange rate at the time of purchase.)

4. Credit Usage

  • Credits are deducted from your account balance when you use AI tools on our platform.
  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Unused credits remain available in your account until used, unless otherwise specified.

5. Refunds

  • Payments for credits are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of duplicate payment, technical errors, or as otherwise required by law.

6. Security of Payments

  • All transactions are encrypted and processed via a secure payment gateway.
  • We do not store full credit card details on our servers.
  • 3D Secure verification adds an extra layer of fraud protection.

7. Failed Transactions

If your payment fails or is declined:

  • No credits will be added to your account.
  • You may retry the payment or contact your bank/card issuer.
  • We reserve the right to suspend access in cases of payment disputes or fraudulent activity.

8. Changes to Pricing

Myndora reserves the right to update credit package pricing or introduce new packages. Any changes will be posted on the website and apply only to future purchases.
